Philly Mosaic Mirror

i hope you enjoyed the philly mosaic mirror at fun-a-day 2005. thanks to everyone who participated in the show, both as an artist and as a patron. this was my first installation project, and i'm extremely satisfied with the experience. i'm looking forward to trying other projects in this vein.

[the statement about the project from the show:]
"i want to be at the crux where cool and geek meet. immersive technology seems to be one of such places. using code to create dynamic, interactive art is compelling to me. i want to break the paradigm of keyboard / mouse / monitor as the traditional interface for manipulating a computer. the user should be able to integrate more intuitively, such as using their body and it's movements; this project is a tentative step in that direction. enjoy."
